What you are billed for
Typebot bills for chats. The pricing page says a chat is counted whenever a user starts a discussion, regardless of how many messages are sent, and gives a shortcut: one chat equals one row in your Results table. If a returning visitor's session is remembered, it is not counted as a new chat. The allowance is monthly. On a paid plan, the pricing FAQ says you get a heads-up email at 80% of your included chats and another at 100%, and after that your chat limit is automatically upgraded to the next tier. The Personal plan is permanent, not a trial. The pricing page lists unlimited typebots, 200 chats a month, native integrations, webhooks, custom JavaScript and CSS, and community support.
