Voiceflow no longer prints plan prices on a buyer-facing page. The live pricing page offers agencies a free trial and asks businesses to request pricing, and the billing docs say current prices are shown inside the app. The figures below come from Voiceflow's own pricing service, the data feed behind the credit table in its docs, and from the pricing page as the Internet Archive saved it in January 2026. Confirm them in the app before you budget. Free costs US$0. Pro costs US$60 a month for 12,000 credits, or US$54 a month billed annually (US$648 a year); larger Pro bundles cost US$90 for 18,000 credits and US$120 for 24,000. The archived January 2026 page listed only 10,000 credits at the entry price, so bundle sizes have changed during the year. Business costs US$150 a month for 30,000 credits, or US$135 a month billed annually (US$1,620 a year), with bundles of 50,000 credits for US$250, 100,000 for US$500 and 200,000 for US$1,000. Annual billing is 10% off; Voiceflow's April 2025 announcement said this was cut from 20%. On the archived page, Pro allowed up to 20 agents, 2 workspaces and 5 concurrent phone calls, and Business allowed unlimited agents, 5 workspaces and 15 concurrent calls. Extra editor seats were announced at US$50 a month in April 2025; the current price is shown only in the app. Viewer seats are free. Each workspace includes 1 Voiceflow phone number, and extra numbers are an add-on priced in the app. Enterprise is a custom annual contract that adds single sign-on, private cloud hosting run by Voiceflow and the option to bring your own AI model. Our guide to chatbot pricing models explains how credit billing compares with per-conversation billing.

What you are billed for

Voiceflow bills in credits, and a credit is not a conversation. According to the docs credit table, the platform charges 1 credit every time a user sends a message or a request reaches the Conversations API (launch events excluded), and 10 credits for every minute of a phone call. Messages that get no reply cost 0. On top of that, the AI model's work is charged per thousand tokens of input and output at a rate set for each model: for example 0.1 and 0.4 credits for GPT-4.1 mini, and 0.75 and 3.75 credits for Claude Sonnet 4.6. Voice agents also pay for speech: text-to-speech with ElevenLabs costs 9 credits per thousand characters, or 18 for its multilingual voice, and speech-to-text is charged per minute. Knowledge-base sources that use AI chunking use credits again on every sync. The credit table's self-serve view shows one chat message as US$0.005, which matches the Pro plan's price divided by its credits, so one credit is worth about that much. How many conversations a bundle buys therefore depends on how many messages each conversation has, which model answers and how long its prompts are; Voiceflow publishes no conversion. Paid plans get a monthly allotment that resets at the start of each billing cycle and is shared across all workspaces in the organisation. Annual plans receive all credits up front, and the April 2025 announcement says credits expire at the end of the subscription period, so unused credits do not roll over. When the balance reaches zero, the docs say to upgrade to a larger plan or bundle, or to turn on auto top-ups, which buy a dollar amount you set each time the balance hits zero "so your agents aren't interrupted mid-month." The docs imply, but do not state outright, that agents stop without top-ups. The price per credit of a top-up is not published outside the app. Source

What the free plan really allows

Voiceflow's Free plan does not expire, but its credits do not come back. The billing docs call it "a one-time credit grant that does not renew" and say the plan "isn't suitable for production usage." The docs no longer state the size of the grant; the pricing page archived in January 2026 listed 100 credits, while Voiceflow's April 2025 announcement described the free credits as monthly. The current amount is visible only in the app. The archived page also listed 2 agents, 1 workspace, 50 knowledge sources, 1 concurrent phone call, a single editor and basic AI models only. Because every user message costs at least 1 credit plus model tokens, the grant covers testing rather than a live bot. The live pricing page also offers a free trial with no credit card required; the trial length is not stated on the pages we read.

What it costs at three volumes

The cheapest published Voiceflow plan that covers three monthly volumes of credits, on monthly billing. It is arithmetic on the vendor's price list, not a quote.

List prices on monthly billing, verified on the date shown on this page. Extra seats, add-ons, taxes and third-party channel fees (for example Meta's WhatsApp charges) are not included.

The worked examples count credits, not conversations, and use the Pro and Business bundles on monthly billing with prices from Voiceflow's pricing service; a conversation uses 1 credit per user message plus model-token credits, and the examples exclude editor seats, extra phone numbers, auto top-ups and third-party telephony fees.
