Professional WA is Professional plus the WhatsApp add-on at €100 a month: the comparison table shows €160 a month on annual billing, which works out to €200 on monthly billing, with 500 AI chats, 1 WhatsApp number and 10,000 WhatsApp service messages a month. Business is a custom contract that the table heads "from €400" a month, with seats starting at 5. Annual billing is a twelve-month commitment that carries a 20% discount. Extra seats cost €25 each a month. Prices are before tax. Landbot also publishes a separate USD list for accounts in the United States and Latin America: Starter at $45 a month ($36 billed annually) and Professional at $110 ($88 billed annually). The USD list is not a conversion of the EUR list. It is a second, higher set of numbers, and the payment FAQ says the billing country decides which one you get.

## What the free plan really allows

The Free plan, still called Sandbox in the help center, never expires and needs no card. It includes 100 chats a month, 1 seat and the web channel only. WhatsApp works only through Landbot's shared test number. It excludes the AI Agent block, A/B testing, Messenger, the API channel and branding removal, so a free bot is rule-based and carries Landbot branding. There is no overage on Free. The fair-use policy says the account supports 100 chats a month, that no notification is sent at 80% of the limit, and that you are then invited to upgrade. The same article lists 30 chats for Sandbox in another line, which contradicts both its own footnote and the pricing page. Free accounts that never had a paid subscription are deactivated after 30 calendar days of inactivity. New sign-ups start with a 14-day trial of all features and then drop to Free. Landbot's headline claims are counts, not performance figures: more than 12,000 teams in over 190 countries, all stated on its own pricing page. The customer figures are testimonial tiles on that same page. CASFID's CTO says the company estimates it cut manually handled messages by 70%. Lead Laundry reports a 35% increase in conversion, and Emma reports a 30% lower cost per lead. None of these comes with a method, a baseline or a time period, and the CASFID figure is described as an estimate. We found no independent measurement of how Landbot bots perform. The one independent source in this review is an EU-Startups report of a €6,500,000 Series A round in January 2021, which says the company was founded in 2017. On security, the pricing page states SOC 2 and GDPR compliance and a data processing agreement on request, but it does not say which type of SOC 2 report. The trust center that should hold the sub-processor list could not be read.
